Senior Electrical Engineer
The position requires a P.E. License and a minimum of 10 years experience in developing construction documents for power, lighting, fire alarm, security, telecommunications systems for educational, government, and commercial facilities. LEED ® certification is desirable. The responsibilities of the candidate will include: design, supervision of other electrical engineers, electrical project management, and construction administration. Good communication and writing skills are a must. We are interested in candidates who are self-motivated, posses a great attitude and who will fit in as a vital member of our firm leading our electrical staff and working closely with our in-house architects and structural, mechanical and plumbing engineers. The person will be involved in and take a leadership role in a variety of projects ranging throughout Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. Candidates must be well-organized, clear communicators, and proficient in AutoCAD. Candidate must have hands-on experience with construction documents, and understand building codes and specifications. The position to be filled comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Mechanical Designer
Mechanical Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design
with experience on institutional, laboratory, schools, maintenance and technology-oriented
facilities. Central heating and cooling plant experience is also desirable.
The candidate must have CAD experience. To
