This project makes improvements to Herndon Runnymede Park. The project also establishes locations for park restrooms and an amphitheatre. The improvements include:
- A Nature Center
- Two Multi-purpose Shelters
- Limited Restoration of the Carroll Cabin
- Parking Areas
- A new entrance to Herndon Parkway
- An Accessible Trail
