In addition to multi-disciplined engineering
services, the firm also provided architectural
peer review
for expedited permitting. The new 54,408 SF educational
facility features an education hall, providing
a flexible
space to host education programs and Wolf Trap
Opera Company rehearsals; a 100-seat lecture
hall with
plans for cutting-edge technology for such initiatives
as
distance learning, professional conferences,
and pre-performance lectures; a multimedia Learning
Center; education breakout/multipurpose
rooms; practice rooms; and consolidated administrative
offices.
