Programming and planning for the creation of a materials/equipment storage and personnel facility for three separate City departments. The design program calls for the development of three separate adjacent sites to create a modern, efficient, state-of-the-art facility that meets all applicable codes and standards. The sites will contain storage facilities for a variety of construction and maintenance supplies, materials, salt, sand and chemical storage, and equipment, mulching facilities, various shops, maintenance facilities, and personnel areas for the departments of Public Utilities, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation.
