Addition of
60,000 square feet and renovation of an existing facility
in a complex for a county-wide vehicle maintenance division
on a 7-acre site. The building addition includes vehicle
repair
bays, a parts warehouse, material storage, training rooms,
administrative offices, and shops. Site development
includes
access improvements, stormwater detention ponds, parking
and security fencing. The construction was phased to
allow for
existing operations to continue and removal of asbestos material.
