Comprehensive A/E services for a new 40,000 square foot facility to serve a multi-county public transportation system. The center serves as a major hub for commuter transportation throughout the Northern Virginia and beyond. The facility provides for ticketing, public services, concessions, administrative offices, vehicle maintenance and repair bays, and bus and automobile parking. The development of the site included extensive landscaping, storm water management system structures, and utility extension.
