Master planning and design of a 16-acre for the Winchester Sub-Residency/Maintenance Headquarters Complex. The complex is comprised of nine buildings, a road network, fuel island, well, septic fields, and storm water management structures. Landscape buffers and screening is provided. Headquarters functions housed at the site include administrative, crew (survey, maintenance, signage, bridge and electric), maintenance and repair shop, and equipment and chemical storage.
