The 27,000 square foot Vienna Community Center serves as the heart of the Town's social, cultural and recreational activities. The project was developed to provide accessibility to the facility's four levels of classrooms, staff and administrative offices and multi-purpose rooms. The work includes code compliance modifications throughout the building, as well as the upgrade and replacement of electro-mechanical systems and equipment. All public spaces including the lobby and corridors will be upgraded with new finishes. Additional work includes fire egress and vehicular access improvements and new storage facilities.

The project program also includes the upgrade of existing building's architectural features. The design centers a clock tower at the building's entrance to create a strong public image and to provide a focal point for the many parts which comprise the community center.
