Spotsylvania, VA

Design for a new 8,000 SF auxiliary gymnasium addition to an existing high school. The addition includes a practice gym, team rooms, toilet facilities, faculty/coach offices and storage rooms. An enclosed corridor/entry lobby connects the addition to the team room corridor in the existing school building. The work also includes addition of air-conditioning and related electro-mechanical controls in the existing gymnasium and its support spaces.
